Chuta Madre
Chuta Madre is an artisan bakery, located in the historical center of Quitowhere they elaborate their bakery and pastry products based on natural fermentation with sourdough, which is where their name comes from. They thought of combining their love for sourdough bread with something that represents them as Quiteños, and nothing better than ¡Chuta! which is neither good nor bad, but quite the opposite.
It has been 2 years since they opened their doors and they are happy with the affection they have received from all those who visit them and have made this small space grow, combining the nostalgia of old Quito with good bread, good vibes and good music.
