An intense flavor of chocolate, nuts and chocolate chips that make your brownies super tasty.
This recipe is suitable for 6 mini-brownies the size of the photo (you can double the recipe by x2 or x3 at the top right of the ingredients list).
We also recommend adapting the recipe, if you do not have dark chocolate, you can reduce the sugar in the recipe (because a milk chocolate or chocolate with less than 70% cocoa has much more sugar).
Ingredients
50 g. of butter
25 g. of sunflower oil
100 g. of bitter chocolate for confectionery
75 g. of granulated sugar or panela
1 egg(s)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
75 g. of white or whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
50 g. of nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds, raisins, etc...) optional you can add chocolate chips if you want a brownie. extra choco
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour/salt/baking powder) in a bowl.
- Place the butter and oil in a glass bowl and melt with half of the chocolate pieces in the microwave oven (30-50 seconds) or in a bain-marie, mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and sugar by hand until frothy (1 minute) and add the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Stir in the dry ingredient mixture until well combined.
- Stir in 3/4 of the remaining chocolate pieces and 3/4 of the chopped nuts.
- Pour into a 6-square mold (or a square mold) prepared with oil or butter.
- Add the remaining chocolate chunks and nuts on top for an elegant gourmet touch.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting or unmolding.
